The existing titling structure and subdivision plans did not identify the areas required for inclusion in the sales agreements and required complete re-working.

PRD was approached to assist in an advisory role to the Saudi Ministry of Housing in an ongoing effort to prepare a set of regulations and technical standards for such processes as Master Community titling structure, volumetric subdivision, cost modelling, measurement methodologies, procedural compliance, and feasibility studies.
PRD was appointed by the Bahrain Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to advise on the required standards and regulation of strata subdivision, particularly volumetric schemes in complex mixed-use developments.
