The Address Downtown Dubai is a landmark mixed development project by Emaar located in Downtown Dubai. The 61-story high-rise tower overlooks the famous Dubai Fountain and has amazing views over the Burj Khalifa.
The Address Downtown Hotel has over 200 hotel suites, and a wide selection of retail outlets, specialty restaurants, all-day dining, bars, pool decks. The building also includes 628 serviced apartments and several high-end retails and F&Bs facing the Boulevard on one side and the Fountain on the other.
After the 2015 New Year’s Eve fire the building was fully refurbished to become the 5-star hotel we know today, and Emaar took this opportunity to complete the registration of the building appointing PRD as Survey Consultants.
In the title structure we subdivided the property in three components applying a volumetric subdivision to the Hotel that obtain a volume title deed, and the registering the serviced apartment component and retail component with the issue of the relevant units’ title deeds.
As part of the project, we also carefully integrated The Address with the neighboring developments, identifying access encroachments and easements to ensure seamless connectivity within the Downtown master community.
Today, The Address Downtown Dubai stands as a shining example of luxury and convenience in the heart of Dubai, and we are honored to have been a part of this incredible journey.
