Strata Survey Consulting
PRD provides comprehensive survey consultancy services for jointly owned property development, assisting clients in maintaining strict compliance with Strata Law and Directions. We assist with content development and filing of unit and common area site plans, jointly owned property declarations or building management statements. Working with Master Developers, we support and advise on the content and development of compliant Master Community Declarations.
Measurement, BIM and GIS
Area measurement and geospatial data collection must be accurate from the beginning of your project life cycle, whether this is which measurement standard to use, what level of detail is required and the expected deliverable, PRD have depth of experience other survey firms’ envy. Detailed and expert consultations are paramount.
Our consultations also explore all BIM processes to meet industry standards to assist all stakeholders to maximise and leverage the full power of the Digital Twin. PRD Surveys can also act as ‘gatekeeper’ for the GIS Data and check the submitted data from the consultants conforms to the Client’s requirements as set out in the relevant BIM Standards defined by the Client and advise the Client of any non-conformance.

PRD offers comprehensive verification services to accurately record and compare as-built conditions on site, satisfying client verification requirements. Furthermore, we de-risk the design intent by verifying geospatial assumptions made. With over two decades of experience in authority liaison and verifiable verification, we deliver a full suite of survey consultancy, on-site surveying, plan preparation, and title registration services to developers across the Middle East.
Our team is proficient in all international measurement standards, including RICS, IPMS, BOMA, and all local standards. We have completed field surveys and plan preparation services in Oman and Bahrain, and consulting work in Saudi Arabia.
